SomePlace Nice” is located in a private, serene country setting on over 30 acres overlooking a picturesque valley…The “Gambrel” styled Barn measures 70′ wide and 84′ long. The MAIN floor area is over 5800 square feet! The Balcony seating area is over 1600 square feet with more than 120′ of Bar style seating against a “Live Edge” slab, harvested right off the Farm!…The “Gambrel” Style allowed us to maximize the floor space to accommodate most any size celebration!. In addition to the Main Barn, We also have an adjacent covered “Pavilion” outside area (40′ X 60′) to accommodate an “outdoor” ceremony or simply overflow and lounging. The spacious “Bridal Dressing room”, and the “HoneymoonSuite”…YES…Honeymoon Suite…are at the Balcony Level.
In addition to the Dining/Reception and dance floor on the Main level, you’ll have access to the fully equipped kitchen, ADA compliant restrooms and a very unique Bar that came out of an old hotel in the Kansas City area. Just out the 2 sets of french doors on the Main level is a 12′ deep by 70′ deck, which will be incredible for pictures and just mingling. The Groomsmen…? We haven’t forgotten you! You will enjoy a very unique dressing and lounging area at the Walkout Basement level… consisting of a “Game Room” and private restroom (when construction is complete but hopefully in 2021). In addition to the Groom’s quarters on this level is where the “Treasure Chest” is…a vast variety of decorations and accessories that you are welcome to use. Plans also consist of a inside kids play area and photo studio on this level (for 2021).
Currently the groomsmen use the honeymoon suite to get dressed.
We also have plans for a small play area outside for the kids. The venue is approximately 13,000 square feet indoors.
